DESCRIPTION:Relational databases manage structured data and facilitate que
ries in collaborative repositories\, but using SQL from a scientific progr
amming language is awkward. DataJoint is an open-source framework for mana
ging scientific data supporting data definition\, diagramming\, and querie
 s. DataJoint makes computation a native part of its data model\, bridging
the gap between databases and numerical analysis in automated workflows. W
e will showcase the elegance of the relational data model and its versatil
ity through neuroscience research examples. We will also introduce the Dat
aJoint SciViz library\, enabling scientists to build web apps for data vis
ualization and unlocking further potential for data-driven discovery.
